The Washington University Law Review holds copyright in the cover, arrangement, and layout of the Law Review. Authors each hold copyright in their individual articles. The Law Review grants permission for reproduction of articles and student works for classroom use in nonprofit educational institutions, provided that (1) the author grants permission for use, (2) copies are distributed at or below cost, (3) author and journal are identified, (4) proper notice of copyright is affixed to each copy, and (5) notice of use is sent to the author and Washington University Law Review.
