Comments is an online supplement to the Washington University Law Review, featuring original commentary and debate by members of the legal academy, bench, and bar.

Submissions for Comments, the online supplement, should be e-mailed to WUComments@gmail.com. Comments publishes original, op-ed length essays and responses to articles appearing in the Washington University Law Review. We strongly encourage submitters to not exceed approximately 2,500 words. Submissions should be minimally footnoted and written for a general audience.
